Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED

For people who need practical emergency skills outside a healthcare role. Choose an adult or pediatric focus to fit your group.

What participants learn

• Recognize an emergency and start CPR
• Use an automated external defibrillator (AED)
• Respond to choking and common first aid emergencies

Format: AHA online eCourse followed by in-person skills practice and verification.

Heartsaver for schools

In-person CPR, AED, and first aid training for students, staff, teachers, and faculty, planned around your school group.

What participants learn

• Practice CPR and AED skills
• Recognize and respond to common first aid emergencies
• Work through scenarios relevant to a school setting

Format: In-person class with course materials and take-home references.

Group pricing: Provided on request; the per-person rate depends on class size.

BLS Provider

CPR and AED training for healthcare professionals and others whose work requires the BLS Provider course. Initial and renewal options are available.

What participants learn

• High-quality CPR for adults, children, and infants
• AED use and team-based response
• Relief of choking and response to respiratory emergencies

Format: In-person course or HeartCode BLS online learning followed by an in-person skills session.

Individual rates: In-person initial or renewal $60 class fee (book $20 if needed) · HeartCode eCourse plus skills $85 · HeartCode skills only $50

Stop the Bleed

A hands-on session focused on recognizing and managing life-threatening bleeding while help is on the way.

What participants learn

• Identify serious bleeding quickly
• Apply direct pressure and pack a wound
• Use a tourniquet when appropriate

Format: Standalone session or add-on to a CPR class.
